Hathaura is a village in Siwan district, Bihar state of India. Siwan Junction is the name of the railway station in the village. The village is situated 4-5km from Siwan Railway Station in the direction of Ander Road. Block & Post office and police station is husain ganj. The constituency is Raghunath Pur sub division 36-1. The Daha river crosses west of the village and the canal (Nala) crosses through of Malikan Mahalla north side of main village. The canal made during 1365 A.D. for cultivation purposes by the Malikan family and started from the village of Chhapiya to Hathaura village linked to Daha river. ==Hathaura Division (Sector)== The village populated in division called 'Tola' and the main village is called 'Malikan Tola'. The south west is called Pokhra which is under Malikan Tola. The north west is called Badka Tola, (Yadav brothers population), west of village is called Chhotka Tola (Yadav brothers population), south west is bin tola (Fisherman brothers population), north east side called Sir Katahi Tola (Harijan brothers population), south is Dhobi Tola, the south central of village is called Koeri Tola (Koeri, Sharma, Teli brothers population). In Malikan Hathaura some of family came from other location like Kudaliya, Raja pur, Chand Pur, Khersanda, etc.
